These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and NETBRIDGEX PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore ("CrossLion", "we", "us"), governing your use of our website 558.la and our related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CrossLion is a content workspace that helps creators and small teams plan, schedule, publish and analyse their TikTok content. The Service relies on the official TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API. You must connect your own TikTok account through TikTok's official authorisation flow before publishing.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must have full authority to act on behalf of any TikTok account you connect.
- You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CrossLion login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any teammate you invite.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at 558@558.la if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Connecting your TikTok account
Connecting a TikTok account requires you to grant CrossLion specific OAuth scopes through TikTok's official consent screen. By connecting an account, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner or an authorised representative of that TikTok account.
- You agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines.
- You may revoke CrossLion's access at any time, either inside CrossLion or from your TikTok app.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Violate the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Terms of Service.
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
- Engage in spam, deceptive engagement, artificial amplification, scraping, or any form of platform manipulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas of the Service, except where allowed by law.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to misappropriate any part of it.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.
6. Your content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload, schedule or publish through the Service ("Your Content").
- You grant CrossLion a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you.
- You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to publish it.
7. Subscription, fees, and refunds
- The Service offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. Pricing is shown on our website at the time of purchase.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time inside the Service.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by CrossLion.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. We may also change these Terms; if changes are material, we will notify you in advance through the Service or by email.
9. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms, principally TikTok. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, downtime, content moderation decisions, or policy changes of any third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks (other than Your Content and third-party trademarks), is the property of CrossLion and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no rights other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC POST WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROSSLION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrossLion and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you would create a security or legal risk.
- Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will remain in effect.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CrossLion regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
